Leonard Spencer

Leonard Karl Spencer is an American politician and corporate executive serving as a member of the Florida House of Representatives for the 45th district. A native of Alabama, Spencer spent nearly two decades in the corporate sector, including long-term roles at General Electric and The Walt Disney Company, before joining Amazon in 2021. He entered the political arena in 2024, successfully flipping a Republican-held seat to become the only Democrat to do so in the state House during the 2024 election cycle. He resides in Gotha, Florida, with his wife, Tanya.
