Les Farnum is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Louisiana House of Representatives for the 33rd district. Born in Sulphur, Louisiana, he graduated from Sowela Technical Community College. Before entering politics, Farnum worked as a union electrician, an energy consultant for Power and Control Systems, a power systems supervisor at Phillips 66, and a manager at Sasol. After an unsuccessful bid for the state house in 2018, he won his seat in 2019 and assumed office in January 2020.
