Leslie Urteaga

Leslie Urteaga is a Peruvian lawyer and government official who served as the Minister of Culture from December 2022 to September 2024, and subsequently as the Minister of Development and Social Inclusion in 2025 under the administration of President Dina Boluarte. She graduated with a law degree from the National University of San Marcos and later earned a master's degree in Public Management from the University of the Pacific. Throughout her career, she has held various legal and administrative positions within public institutions, including serving as Vice Minister of Cultural Heritage and Cultural Industries.
