Liang Eng Hwa is a Singaporean politician and former banker who has served as the Member of Parliament for Bukit Panjang Single Member Constituency since 2020. Previously, he represented the Zhenghua division of the Holland–Bukit Timah Group Representation Constituency from 2006 to 2020. Before entering politics, he held a senior position as a managing director at DBS Bank and served on the board of the Urban Redevelopment Authority. A member of the People's Action Party, he has been active in parliamentary committees, including chairing the Finance, Trade & Industry Government Parliamentary Committee. In 2023, he publicly disclosed a diagnosis of early-stage nose cancer.
