Lidio García Turbay

Lidio García Turbay is a Colombian politician and musician serving as a member of the Senate of Colombia. He has also served as President of the Senate during non-consecutive periods, including 2019-2020 and 2025-2026. Previously, he was a member of the Chamber of Representatives from 2006 to 2010, and began his political career as a municipal councilman and departmental assembly member in Bolívar.
