Lillian Obiale Paparu is a Ugandan politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament representing the Arua District. Born in 1978, she spent part of her early life in the Democratic Republic of Congo before returning to Uganda for her education. She holds a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, a post-graduate diploma in Education, and a Master's degree in Education from Makerere University. Prior to her parliamentary career, she worked as a program manager for Community Empowerment for Rural Development and served as a lecturer at Uganda Christian University.
