Linda Garcia

Linda Garcia is an American financial educator and politician serving as a member of the Texas House of Representatives for the 107th District since 2025. Raised in a split household between Orange County, California, and Dallas, Texas, she overcame early personal challenges to pursue a career in finance. Before entering politics, she worked at Netflix, where she developed an interest in the stock market and began teaching financial literacy online, eventually authoring a book on the subject. Encouraged by incumbent Victoria Neave to run for office, she was elected unopposed in 2024.
