Lisa Naylor

Lisa Naylor is a Canadian politician serving as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, representing the electoral district of Wolseley for the New Democratic Party. Before her election to the provincial legislature in 2019, she served as a trustee on the Winnipeg School Division board. An advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, Naylor gained public recognition in the early 2000s for her successful legal efforts to have her partner acknowledged as a legal parent of her child, a significant milestone achieved prior to the legalization of same-sex marriage in Canada.
