Шпак, Любовь Александровна

Liubov Shpak is a Ukrainian politician and academic serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine in the 9th convocation. Elected in 2019 representing the 194th electoral district in Cherkasy, she is a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Budget. Before entering politics, she held an academic career at the East European University of Economics and Management, where she served as a lecturer, department head, and eventually rector. She holds a Doctor of Economic Sciences degree and has been involved in charitable activities in the Cherkasy region.
