Elizabeth Marie Redfern, Baroness Redfern, is a British Conservative politician and a life peer serving in the House of Lords. Born in Winterton, she began her political career as a councillor on the North Lincolnshire Council upon its creation in 1996, where she represented the Axholme Central ward until 2019. She served as the leader of the North Lincolnshire Council until January 2017. In October 2015, she was created a life peer, taking the title Baroness Redfern of the Isle of Axholme in the County of Lincolnshire.
