Lloyd Melville is a Scottish politician serving as a Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for Angus South since 2026. Prior to his election to the Scottish Parliament, he served as a councillor for the Monifieth and Sidlaw ward on Angus Council, having been elected in 2022. During his time at the University of Stirling, he was an active member of the Scottish Nationalist group. As a politician, Melville has campaigned on issues affecting local residents and is a vocal supporter of Scottish independence.
