Lotte Peeters

Lotte Peeters is a Belgian politician serving as a member of the Chamber of Representatives since 2024, representing the East Flanders constituency. Born in 1993 in Sint-Niklaas, she is the granddaughter of former federal parliamentarian and Volksunie senator Walter Peeters. She holds a degree in literature and modern foreign languages from the University of Ghent and previously worked as a teacher of Dutch and German in Lokeren. Peeters began her political career as a municipal councilor in Hamme at the age of 19, where she focused on youth, culture, and environmental issues before her election to the federal parliament.
