Luis Dyer is a Peruvian politician, steel businessman, and government official who serves as the Minister of Health in the cabinet of President Keiko Fujimori. He graduated in international business from Barry University and studied at Harvard University and Tongji University, previously working as a general manager and ISO 9001 process auditor. Throughout his political career, he has been involved with several parties, including Perú Posible, Progresemos, and Fuerza Popular, for which he served as chief of representatives in the 2026 general elections before taking office as health minister.
