Luiz Carlos Motta is a Brazilian politician and trade unionist currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of São Paulo. A member of the Liberal Party (PL), he is also the president of the Federation of Commercial Workers of the State of São Paulo (Fecomerciários). Throughout his legislative career, he has focused on labor issues and fiscal policy, notably serving as the general rapporteur for the 2024 Federal Budget, where he oversaw significant allocations for parliamentary amendments and the electoral fund.
