M. Naser Rahman is a Bangladeshi politician affiliated with the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and serves as a Member of the Jatiya Sangsad representing the Moulvibazar-3 constituency. The son of former finance minister Saifur Rahman, he was initially elected to parliament in a November 2001 by-election and returned to office following the 2026 parliamentary election. In addition to his legislative career, he has served as the president of the Moulvibazar District BNP and leads the Saifur Rahman Foundation.
