Mārtiņš Daģis is a Latvian politician and entrepreneur currently serving as a member of the 14th Saeima, representing the New Unity alliance. Born in 1976 in Pļaviņas, he previously served as a deputy in the Pļaviņu and Aizkraukles municipal councils. Before entering national politics, he worked as a carpenter specializing in style and sacred furniture and founded the Bursh brewery. He is a graduate of the University of Latvia, where he studied pedagogy and psychology.
