Rihards Kozlovskis

Rihards Kozlovskis is a Latvian politician and lawyer who currently serves as the Minister of the Interior of Latvia, a position he has held since 2023. He previously served in the same ministerial role from 2011 to 2019. A member of the Unity party, Kozlovskis has focused his recent tenure on national security, including the development of underground shelters and the management of border security in response to regional geopolitical tensions.
