Madeleine van Toorenburg

Madeleine van Toorenburg is a Dutch politician who has served as a member of the Senate of the Netherlands since June 2023. Previously, she was a member of the House of Representatives from 2007 to 2021, where she specialized in judicial affairs and legal policy. In February 2024, she was appointed as the acting mayor of Nuenen, Gerwen en Nederwetten. A member of the Christian Democratic Appeal, she was recognized as a Knight of the Order of Orange-Nassau in 2021 for her contributions to public service.
