Madis Kallas

Madis Kallas is an Estonian politician and former decathlete who currently serves as a member of the Riigikogu. Prior to his parliamentary service, he held several high-level government positions, including Minister of Regional and Rural Affairs from 2023 to 2024 and Minister of the Environment from 2022 to 2023. His extensive local government experience includes serving as the mayor of Saaremaa Municipality and Kuressaare. Kallas began his career in public administration as an adviser at the Saare County Government.
