Magda Jansen-van Harten is a Dutch politician and administrator who has served as the Mayor of Woudenberg since January 11, 2022. Educated in history, political science, and public administration at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Leiden University, she previously worked as a policy advisor for the municipality of Soest and as a council clerk in Roosendaal. Upon her appointment, she briefly held the title of the youngest mayor in the Netherlands. Formerly a member of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA), she has served as an independent politician since April 2023.
