Magdalena Kochan

Magdalena Kochan is a Polish politician and educator currently serving as a member of the Senate of Poland. Born in Szczecin, she began her career as a music teacher before entering local government in Goleniów. She served as a member of the Sejm for four consecutive terms from 2005 to 2019, representing the Civic Platform. Since 2019, she has been a senator, focusing on social policy and family affairs. She is a recipient of the Order of the Smile for her social work on behalf of children.
