Mahesh Tenginakai

Mahesh Tenginakai is an Indian politician and businessman currently serving as a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. Representing the Bharatiya Janata Party, he was elected in 2023 to represent the Hubli-Dharwad Central constituency after defeating former Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar by a significant margin. Although he was associated with the BJP for over two decades, the 2023 election marked his debut in electoral politics. As a legislator, he has been vocal in criticizing the financial priorities of the state government, particularly regarding land allocation policies.
