Makis Voridis

Makis Voridis is a Greek politician and lawyer currently serving as a Member of the Hellenic Parliament. Throughout his career, he has held several ministerial positions, including Minister for Migration and Asylum, Minister of State, Minister for the Interior, Minister for Rural Development and Food, Minister for Health, and Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Networks. Initially associated with far-right politics, he later joined the center-right New Democracy party. He describes himself as a national liberal and has faced various political controversies, including investigations into agricultural subsidy management.
