Maksimilijan Šimrak is a Croatian politician and a member of the Croatian Parliament representing the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ). Born in Zagreb, he graduated with a Master of Law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. He entered parliament in May 2024 as a substitute for Nina Obuljen Koržinek and serves on several legislative and judicial committees. In addition to his national parliamentary duties, he has served as the president of the HDZ Youth wing since November 2021 and was elected to the Zagreb City Assembly in May 2022.
