Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka is an Indian politician currently serving as the 4th Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana since December 2023, where he also holds the portfolios for Finance, Planning, and Energy. A member of the Indian National Congress, he has represented the Madhira constituency in the Telangana Legislative Assembly since 2009. Throughout his career, he has served as the Chief Whip for the Government of Andhra Pradesh, the Deputy Speaker of the United Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, and the Leader of the Opposition in the Telangana Legislative Assembly.
