Mandla Rayi

Mandla Rayi is a South African politician serving as a permanent delegate representing the African National Congress in the National Council of Provinces from the Eastern Cape since 2014. He holds the position of chairperson of the Select Committee on Trade and Industry, Economic Development, Small Business Development, Tourism, Employment and Labour. Prior to his parliamentary career, he worked as the provincial secretary of the Congress of South African Trade Unions and the Chemical, Energy, Paper, Printing, Wood and Allied Workers' Union in the Eastern Cape.
