Manfred Sams is an Austrian politician and a member of the National Council, representing the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ). Born in 1972 in Ried im Innkreis, he studied business administration at the University of Linz. Before his election to the National Council in October 2024, he worked as a municipal official in Wels and served as an alternate member of the local city council. In addition to his parliamentary duties, he serves as the chairman of the SPÖ in Wels and as the party's parliamentary spokesperson for data protection.
