Mangal Prasad Gupta was a Nepalese politician who served as a member of the 2nd Federal Parliament of Nepal. A member of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist), he was elected to represent the Kapilvastu 3 constituency during the 2022 Nepalese general election. He remained active in his parliamentary duties until his passing in New Delhi on June 7, 2026, at the age of 80.
