Manna Lal Rawat

Manna Lal Rawat is an Indian politician, academic, and social activist currently serving as a Member of Parliament for the Udaipur Lok Sabha constituency, having been elected in 2024. Before entering formal politics, he established a career in academia and social work, with a specific focus on tribal development, cultural preservation, and identity issues. He holds a PhD in Tribal issues from Mohanlal Sukhadia University and has authored several books on tribal society and culture. As a parliamentarian, he contributes to policy discussions through his membership in the Committee on Coal, Mines, and Steel, as well as various advisory committees under the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Statistics.
