Mansour bin Mutaib Al Saud is a Saudi royal, politician, and academic who has served as a Minister of State since 2015. A member of the House of Saud and grandson of King Abdulaziz, he previously held the position of Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs from 2009 to 2015. Before his ministerial career, he worked as an assistant professor at King Saud University and chaired the general commission for municipal elections. He holds a PhD in public administration from George Washington University.
