Marat Khusnullin is a Russian politician currently serving as the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia for Construction and Regional Development, a position he has held since 2020. Born in Kazan, he previously served as the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan from 2001 to 2010, followed by a decade as the Deputy Mayor of Moscow. Throughout his career, he has overseen major infrastructure projects, including the expansion of the Moscow Metro and the development of the 'New Moscow' territory.
