Marc-Jean Ghyssels

Marc-Jean Ghyssels is a Belgian politician affiliated with the Socialist Party (PS). He has served as a member of the Parliament of the Brussels-Capital Region since May 2014 and has held the position of secretary of the Bureau of the Brussels Parliament since 2019. Previously, he served as the mayor of Forest from 2012 to 2018, following a long career in local politics that began in the late 1980s. Professionally, he is a lawyer admitted to the Brussels bar since 1987 after studying law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
