Isabelle Emmery is a Belgian politician and a long-serving member of the Parliament of the Brussels-Capital Region. A graduate in economics from the Université libre de Bruxelles, she began her career as an attaché for the Socialist Party faction in the Chamber of Representatives. Throughout her political career, she has held various legislative roles, including serving in the Parliament of the French Community and as a municipal councillor in Anderlecht. Known for her focus on infrastructure, housing, and cultural policy, she has also served as the secretary of the Brussels-Capital Parliament since 2019 and holds the title of Knight in the Order of Leopold.
