Maria do Rosário Palma Ramalho is a Portuguese jurist, academic, and politician currently serving as the Minister of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security in the XXIV Constitutional Government. Before entering government, she was a distinguished professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and served as the President of the Portuguese Association of Labour Law. An expert in labour and equality law, she has acted as a consultant for the European Commission, the European Parliament, and the International Labour Organization.
