Mariam Jaafar

Mariam Jaafar is a Singaporean politician and business executive who has served as the Member of Parliament for the Woodlands division of Sembawang Group Representation Constituency since 2020. A member of the People's Action Party, she currently chairs the Government Parliamentary Committee for Health. Professionally, she is a Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, specializing in technology and financial institutions. She previously served on the Committee on the Future Economy and holds board positions at the Government Technology Agency and the Sentosa Development Corporation. She earned degrees from Stanford University and Harvard Business School.
