David Neo Chin Wee is a Singaporean politician and retired major-general who has served as the Acting Minister for Culture, Community and Youth and Senior Minister of State for Education since 2025. A member of the People's Action Party, he was elected as the Member of Parliament for the Tampines North division of the Tampines Group Representation Constituency in 2025. Prior to his political career, Neo served as the Chief of Army from 2022 to 2025 and held various senior leadership roles within the Singapore Armed Forces, including Director of Joint Operations. He is a recipient of multiple military and public service awards, including the Public Administration Medal (Gold).
