Marie-Laure Phinéra-Horth is a French politician serving as a Senator for French Guiana since 2020. Previously, she served as the Mayor of Cayenne from 2010 to 2020. A former speech therapist, she began her political career in the Guianese Socialist Party before founding the Nouvelle force de Guyane movement in 2016. She is a member of the RDPI group in the Senate. In December 2025, she was convicted in a legal case regarding fictitious employment, a decision she has appealed.
