Marion Schneid is a German politician and member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). Since May 2026, she has served as the Vice President of the Landtag of Rhineland-Palatinate. Before her full-time political career, she worked as a controller and as a lecturer at the Rhine-Neckar Administrative School. Schneid has been a member of the Ludwigshafen city council since 2004 and has served as a member of the state parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate since 2011, where she focuses on education and cultural policy. Additionally, she has been actively involved in the Child Protection Association (Kinderschutzbund) at both the local and state levels.
