Before his career in Hamburg, he was a city councilor in Wiesbaden and a co-founder of the Green Youth. In the Bundestag, he focuses on legal affairs and has been involved in cross-party initiatives, including efforts to support COVID-19 vaccination legislation and a proposal to ban the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party.
