Mark Garnier is a British Conservative Party politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Wyre Forest since 2010. Currently serving as the Shadow Economic Secretary to the Treasury, he previously held roles as a junior minister at the Department for International Trade and as chair of the Committees on Arms Export Controls. Before entering politics, Garnier had a long career in the financial sector, working as an investment banker and hedge fund manager. He was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2024 for his political and public service.
