Mark Gonzalez

Mark Gonzalez is an American politician currently serving as a member of the California State Assembly, having assumed office in 2024. Prior to his election to the state legislature, he held significant roles in political organizing, including serving as the chair of the Los Angeles County Democratic Party and as a presidential elector. He also worked as a state director for Joe Biden's 2020 presidential campaign. Gonzalez is openly gay and has been active in Democratic Party politics in California for several years.
