Mark Peake

Mark Peake is an American politician serving as a member of the Virginia Senate, representing the 22nd district. A member of the Republican Party, he was first elected in a 2017 special election. Peake, who grew up in Roanoke, is a graduate of Virginia Tech and Washington and Lee Law School. He has practiced law in Lynchburg for over thirty years. In 2025, he briefly served as the chair of the Republican Party of Virginia before stepping down from the position at the end of that year.
