Mark Slinkman is a Dutch politician and administrator currently serving as the mayor of Berg en Dal. Born in Deventer, he studied law at Leiden University and worked as a candidate civil-law notary before entering public service. He previously served as the mayor of Rijnwaarden from 2008 to 2015 and held positions as a council clerk in Oegstgeest and Berkelland. Formerly a member of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA), he became an independent politician in 2022, citing concerns over national government policy scandals.
