Mark Strong

Mark Ashby Strong is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing the 47th district since assuming office on January 1, 2019. A graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in communications, he has maintained a long-standing career as a sales manager at HOJ Innovations, an industrial equipment wholesaler, since 1994. During his legislative tenure, Strong has served on several committees, including the House Business and Labor Committee and the House Revenue and Taxation Committee. He is known for advocating for a Convention of States, emphasizing the importance of collective state action in the American political system.
