Marléne Lund Kopparklint

Marléne Lund Kopparklint is a Swedish politician and author who has served as a member of the Riksdag for Värmland County since 2018. Before entering national politics, she worked as a social worker and served as a municipal councilor in Karlstad. An advocate for the protection of vulnerable children, she has authored a trilogy of books inspired by her personal experiences. After a long tenure with the Moderate Party, she announced her transition to the Sweden Democrats in 2026, citing a shared commitment to prioritizing child welfare issues.
