Caston Matewu is a Zimbabwean politician currently serving as the Member of the National Assembly for the Marondera Central constituency. First elected in 2018 representing the MDC Alliance, he has been a prominent figure in the opposition movement. Despite being recalled from Parliament in 2020 amid factional disputes, he successfully regained his seat in a 2022 by-election and was re-elected in 2023 as a candidate for the Citizens Coalition for Change, led by Nelson Chamisa.
