Mart Võrklaev

Mart Võrklaev is an Estonian politician currently serving as a member of the Riigikogu. A member of the Estonian Reform Party since 2009, he previously served as the Mayor of Rae Rural Municipality from 2012 to 2019. In April 2023, he was appointed as the Minister of Finance in the third cabinet of Kaja Kallas. In his capacity as Finance Minister, he also held ex-officio positions on the boards of several major international financial institutions, including the European Investment Bank and the World Bank.
