Martin Netolický is a Czech politician who has served as the Governor of the Pardubice Region since 2012. A graduate of Masaryk University with a specialization in budget law and the financing of territorial self-governing units, he began his political career in the municipal council of Česká Třebová in 2006. Throughout his tenure, he has focused on regional development and fiscal policy. After long-term involvement with the Social Democratic Party, he joined the political party MY in 2025.
