Martin van Rooijen

Martin van Rooijen is a Dutch politician and businessman who has served as a Member of the Senate of the Netherlands since June 2019. Within the Senate, he holds the position of parliamentary leader for the 50PLUS party. Throughout his long career, he has been involved in various political and professional capacities, having previously been associated with the Catholic People's Party (KVP) before its merger into the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA). He continues to be an active figure in Dutch national politics.
