Martina Koeppen

Martina Koeppen is a German politician and a member of the Hamburg Parliament (Hamburgische Bürgerschaft). A trained architectural draftsman and qualified civil engineer, she has been active in local politics since the early 2000s, serving in the Eimsbüttel district assembly before her election to the state parliament in 2008. Throughout her parliamentary career, she has focused on urban development, transport policy, and health, serving as a spokesperson for her parliamentary group on these issues.
